I was born and raised in Hartford, Connecticut during the time where Hartford was the unquestioned Insurance Capital of the world. I had always dreamed of being in the insurance industry but the dream seemed so far away. I received an academic scholarship to attend the University of Connecticut and soon after began my journey in the insurance industry. I have focused on using my background in family services and counseling to help customers identify their needs and protect their assets and possessions. I am tri-lingual, speaking Spanish, English, and Portuguese. All of my team members are bilingual as well (Spanish) to better serve our customers. I am the proud father of three children (2 boys and 1 girl). Protecting my family and helping my customers do the same are why I became a State Farm Agent.

She holds her Connecticut Producer’s license in Property and Casualty and Life and Health insurance helping our customers with their auto, home, business, life, and health insurance needs. She was a stay at home mom to her two boys prior to joining our team.  Jackie was born and raised in Bridgeport, CT, but currently resides in Hartford County. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering in her community. Jackie is bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English).

Olga has been a part of the John Pedraza State Farm Agency since January 2018. She holds her Connecticut Producer’s license in Property and Casualty and Life and Health insurance. She assists our customers with their life, health, auto, home, and business insurance needs. She was born and raised in Mexico. She loves playing basketball and soccer. Olga enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with her family and friends. Olga is bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English).

Dennis has been part of the John Pedraza Agency since June 2023. He holds his Connecticut Producer’s license in Property and Casualty and helps customers with their auto and home insurance needs. Dennis was born and raised in Hartford, CT and is currently enrolled as a college student at the University of Saint Joseph where he continues his academic career with a business management major while also being a member of the baseball team. He also enjoys working on cars, fishing, and getting to spend time with family/friends. Dennis is bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English).
